We offer free standard shipping. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.


🚚 Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders will be processed within 24 to 48 hours after purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays) and will be shipped within 1–3 days. Processing times may vary slightly depending on:

  • High-volume shopping periods (e.g., sales events, seasonal promotions)

  • National or local holidays

  • Inventory availability

As soon as your order has been packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


📦 Estimated Delivery Times

All orders within the United States are shipped via standard delivery by default. After dispatch, your package is expected to arrive within 20–30 days.

Please note: These estimates apply after the order has shipped, not from the time the order is placed.


📧 Shipment Notifications

Once your package has been shipped, an automated confirmation with tracking details will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout. If you do not see this email within 48 hours of your order, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder in case it was filtered by your provider.


📬 Lost or Missing Packages

While we do our best to ensure successful deliveries, BritBites is not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered, or stolen once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we understand that delivery issues can occur and are sometimes outside your or our control.

If your order appears to be missing and the courier service is unable to provide adequate assistance, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in every case, we’ll do our best to investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution when possible.


📦 Responsibility After Dispatch

Please note that once a package has been transferred to the delivery service, we no longer have the ability to alter or track the logistics process directly. If you have questions or concerns about your shipment after receiving tracking info, we advise contacting the courier listed in your email confirmation using the tracking number provided.
