📅 Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your transaction, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

  • Be returned in its original packaging

The following items are non-refundable:

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it might take some time before the refund officially appears on your statement.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as internal processing delays are common.

If you're returning a product, please send it to the address listed below.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • If you qualify for a refund, any return postage costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
